Famous Japanese People

Japan is a well known country for its advancement in the field of technology. It is considered one of the most economically advanced nations globally. A country becomes famous because of its people. Japan has produced few famous people whose invaluable participation in building this nation will always be remembered. People from diverse fields such as business, politics, sports, science and art have made long lasting impressions in the respective areas. Few most renowned Japanese people are Sakichi Toyoda, Emperor Akihitio, Fujita Den, Anno Hideaki, Abe Kobo and Sugiyama Ai.
Sakichi Toyoda was born on 14 February 1867. He belonged to a Carpenter family. He later turned out to be a famous inventor and an industrialist. His renowned invention was the automatic power loom. He was the founder of the Toyota Industries Co. Ltd. He suffered from pneumonia and breathed last on 30 October 1930.
Akihito became the emperor of Japan in the year 1989. He was born on 23 December 1933. He is a famous marine biologist. He has written many famous books on ancient Japanese science.
Fujita Den was born on 3 March 1926. He is the person who made hamburger as a Japanese symbol. In the year 1971, he pioneered in establishing McDonalds in Japan. The McDonald in Japan today has an earning of $4 billion each year. He died of a hear failure in 21 April, 2004.
Born on May 22, 1960, Anno Hideaki is one of the most renowned animation and film directors in the world. He is the cofounder of the famous animation studio called Gainax. He has been the chief animator in many famous animated movies.
One of the most renowned writers of Japan is Abe Kobo. He was born on 7 March 1924. His famous works include 'Kangaroo Notebook', 'Women In Dunes', Inter Ice Age 4', 'Secret Rendezvous' and the 'The Ruined Map'. He breathed his last on 22 January 1993.
